What I love most about working with brides here at Miosa is that we can match a dress to any personality. We have lots of different types of people that come in, and there’s always a dress for that person here.
What is your secret super power?
My secret superpower is that I’m really great at making connections with people; I really enjoy forming a bond with people and creating a long lasting relationship with them.

When I’m not in the salon I am hanging out with my husband and our dog. He’s three, super rambunctious and wild and he is just so much fun.

What makes Miosa special is our options. We have so many dresses and so many options for every bride, whatever you’re looking for. It’s a really nice place to come if you don’t know what you’re looking for.
What do you love most about working with brides?
What I like most about working with the brides is that every day is new. Every person has their special characteristics that they love and the style that they want to stick to, so it’s never a boring day and there’s never a boring bride. It’s all new, all fun!
What is your secret super power?
My secret superpower would be my ability to whistle. I get comments a lot because I’m constantly whistling that it’s because I’m not a very good singer!
When I’m not in the salon I’m...
When I’m not in the salon, I’m always working on something creative. I love to sew on my own time, so being here and seeing all the dresses inspires me in my personal life.

What I love most about working with brides is when they find that one, and you see the smile on their face and really being able to help a bride at that special time in their lives.
What is your secret super power?
My secret superpower working here I’d say is to be calming. I’ve been told that my voice is very calming, and it’s really important for brides who come in a little bit anxious who don’t know what to expect.

When I’m not in the salon I’m out shopping. I love fashion, I love shopping, so on my days off I go to Nordstrom, grab a Nordstrom coffee and look at the selection!

Miosa is special because I love the elegance and the fact that we get to be a very important part of helping the bride choose a wedding gown that is such a big part of preparing for her special day.
What do you love most about working with brides?
What I love most about working with brides is getting to know their backstory, being a part of their journey, and making them feel like they’re actually talking to a friend and not just an employee. For me, it’s about building the interaction with our brides and making them feel as comfortable as possible!
What is your secret super power?
My secret superpower is just being very collaborative and creative. When it comes to using my imagination, for me it just comes naturally. I can help others create a picture in their minds with my observations and my ideas.

When I’m not in the salon, I am usually with my four-month-old puppy. She’s a deer head chihuahua/corgi mix, so I usually spend a lot of my free time with her!

Miosa is special because there’s nowhere else you can go and find so many beautiful dresses. We have over a thousand dresses here and I think it’s just unparalleled.

I love working with brides because they’re all different and every bride is absolutely different and unique.

My secret superpower is that a dress will kind of whisper a bride’s name to me and I’ll pull it and then somehow magically that’s the dress!

When I’m not in the salon, I’m probably watching runway shows, relaxing, hanging out, just being a normal person.

Miosa is so special because it is the biggest dress-up box in the state of California. It’s just wonderfully fun to be here at Miosa!
What do you love most about working with brides?
The part that I love about working here at Miosa is that we get to help them make our brides' day absolutely perfect. When we get the alterations done and everything is their dress, that’s the best feeling.

My secret superpower is to be able to help some of the brides that may feel a little uneasy and put them at great ease.

Miosa is special because it has an incredible range of dresses and not just in numbers, but also in styles, colors, shapes. So it’s possible to find anything for any kind of bride, any kind of wedding.
What do you love most about working with brides?
What I love most about working with brides is getting to know all the different kinds of personalities they have. It kind of feels that you make friends during the appointment and get to know them and their family and their quirks. So it’s just a really personal experience and it feels great to know that you’re helping to make their dream day come true.
What is your secret super power?
My secret super power probably would be being a really great listener. I like to hear people out whether it’s my brides here at work, you know, a lot of times they have a lot of pressure, a lot of things going on and you want to make sure they don’t feel like pushed or rushed into things. And same thing away from work, I just like to listen to people, hear their stories, hear what’s going on and get to know them better.

When I’m not in the salon I am usually painting or writing. Outside of work I’m an artist and I like to just relax and make things so that’s my favorite thing to do.

What makes Miosa special?
There are a lot of things that make Miosa special, but I think one of the things is the wide range we have for dresses and also the really friendly atmosphere and the people here working really creates a warm environment. I think that really helps make it special.
What do you love most about working with brides?
I love working with brides because I've always been a hopeless romantic. So I love being able to hear their stories about their love and what they share with their fiance. And then I just love the fashion aspect and being able to help them feel beautiful and just get them really excited about their big day!
What is your secret super power?
I think my secret superpower has to be my ability to make people feel at ease so I can really help them feel comfortable. And I think that's especially important here in the salon because nobody wants to feel pressured about buying a bridal gown and it's a huge decision. And so it's really important for me that they know that there's no pressure and we're just here to have fun and it's going to be smooth!
